Please ensure that you print this pdf using the correct scale. Make sure you DO NOT select "fit to printable area" or "fit to paper" because it will make your papercraft size not the same as the actual size.
Instead, choose the "default" or "actual size" scale. Generaly, You can find this in the “more settings” menu in the print options window depend on what pdf viewer software you use. Here is the screenshot example of the print setting:
