Configuration issue
2. Unable to provide remote service because TR069 is able to login only into few ONTs, we
are unable to trace what’s the issue.
3. During configuration, NOC team is not able to configure the ACCESS CONTROL of ONT
via TR069, the consequences when the configuration is as Figure 1 are listed as below.

a. Unstable connection and frequent internet disconnect.
b. Unable to connect in some devices.
c. Call drops/connecting status on various instant messaging application like WhatsApp,
Viber, Facebook Messenger etc.
d. Unable to load software like CCTV, Accounting software etc.
e. Suspect that due to the above settings, unable to connect via TR069
Similarly, when the ACCESS CONTROL parameters in the ONT are changed as in Figure 2

Most of the issue listed above are getting solved.
