D. BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Razvojna udruga Ludbreg (Development Association of Ludbreg) was established in October
2015, based in the small town of Ludbreg (pop. 8.500) in the rural part of north Croatia. At the
time of it's establishment, most of the RUL's members already had experience working within
NGO framework in the fields of Democratic political culture, International cooperations,

entrepreneurship, as well as the ones on the topic of Erasmus+ framework and opportunities
that it provides through KA1 and KA2.
Our target groups include youth with limited opportunities, youth in general, gifted children,
unemployed, rural population, NGO's and volunteers.

In the past we’ve successfully participated in various projects under the framework of Youth in
Action and ERASMUS+. Our staff and volunteers have previously worked as a support staff and
trainers in various local and international projects. We've participated in more than 50

On the February 2017 deadline, we’ve been granted for a YE “Crowdfund-it!” (2017-1-HR01-

their entrepreneurship mindset, as well as providing support to participants in the realization
of their entrepreneurship ideas. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flSliaTCnuE.

On the February 2019 deadline, deadline, we’ve been granted for a YE “get back to yOur
roots!” (2019-1-HR01-KA105-060329) whose overall aim was to introduce young people in risk
of social exclusion to the activities of youth organizations, NGO’s and community initiatives.

Through our engagement and activities we'd like to provide the opportunity of participation to
all of the members of our NGO (25 members in 2020), as well as to other young people in our
area, since we collaborate with local high schools. Moreover, we have a tendency to include
local people from Ludbreg county in our projects in order to improve the quality of their life
and to strengthen the sense of belonging to a community, as well as to promote European
values and Erasmus+ programme.

We’re working dedicatedly to get empowered as youth leaders in our community and through
the concept of multiplier disseminate the skills and knowledge to as many individuals as
possible and this way we’re eager to benefit the whole community.

Since we’ve participated in more than 50 Erasmus+ projects and coordinated 3 of them, we're
fully aware of the responsibilities and obligations that being a partner on a project demands
from organizations.

We offer our dedicated help in preparation and implementation of most of the project-related
activities, as we expect the same from our partners.

1. Preparation stage

We will be more than happy to promote this project through our facebook and web page, as
well as through regional medias that are covering our activities to ensure visibility of the

highly motivated for the process. We’ll make sure to arrange preparation meeting with all of
the selected participants in order to fully prepare them for project activities and to handle
organizational/ logistical matters. At the same time, expect from our participants to be at the
project venue on time and to participate fully in all of the project activities. We want to
emphasize that besides 25 NGO members/youth workers, we’re collaborating with high
schools and universities located in north of Croatia which ensures a large base of young people
willing to take part in non-formal learning within Erasmus+.

3. Final evaluation and dissemination stage

Regarding evaluation, we can offer our help with questionnaire evaluation form. Regarding
dissemination, participants will be stimulated to share what they learn in their own practice
and share it with colleagues in our NGO and/or high school or university. They will also be
inspired to disseminate results informally, within their peers.

Note that we can help you in dissemination process through our facebook page, website and
local newspapers. We’re willing to organize a meeting in our NGO where we’ll have the
opportunity to present gathered knowledge and experience to our members, as well as
presenting potential partnership proposals.
