D. BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Esquare is a research and educational organisation based in France, dedicated to the advancement
of research and innovation. We promote the educational and consultancy activities, psychological
and soft skills development of youth and adults in order to be able to adapt and to integrate
effectively in a dynamic society. We aim to contribute to the society throughout lifelong learning in
accordance with the current requirements of the labor market.

As automation and artificial intelligence dramatically change the nature of work, employees must
fine tune the social and emotional that machines cannot master. To encourage this behaviour, the
companies and individuals must adjust the ways they assess, educate, train and reward their
workforce on soft skills such as collaboration, communication and critical thinking.
Soft skills, which are commonly defined as non-technical skills that enable someone to interact
effectively and harmoniously with others, are vital to organizations and can impact culture,
mindset, leadership, attitudes and behaviours.

5. Project Management and Implementation
Moreover, we are strong in providing project management and implementation in the field of
Erasmus Plus projects, as in the last 2 years we have been focusing on management of more than
18 Erasmus Plus projects. This includes work not only on the intellectual outputs of projects or
their best practice sharing, but also on the project execution, including:

● Risk management
● Progress reporting
● Monitoring
● Financial management

The founder, Ms. Soňa Štefková, is the main person in the process of selecting trainers for
cooperation and she helps companies to choose the best and most suitable trainings and
workshops according to their needs and goals. Ms. Štefková is also a certified coach and is a holder
of the NLP practitioner certificate. As a coach she trains, lectures and writes professional articles in
the areas of human resources, leadership and talent development. Ms. Štefková has rich
experience with Erasmus Plus projects both KA1 and KA2.
She holds two master’s degrees, one from Comenius University Bratislava and from French
business school ESCP-Europe. She has been working and studying in Paris, Austin, London and New
York. She speaks English, French and Slovak.

Katarína Kubíčková is a talented and enthusiastic project manager and business development
coordinator. She holds a degree from Management and her focus is on International management.

The team has extensive experience in the implementation of national and EU projects, with
particular attention to the Erasmus + program. We have implemented a large number of projects
on informal certification in different sectors, on learning methods; on the development of
curriculum and training courses; on the ICT, e-learning and digitization projects; and on the
creation of materials for trainers and on the skills development paths of educators and youth
workers.
We are strong in providing project management and implementation in the field of Erasmus Plus
projects, including both mobility as well as strategic partnership (KA1 and KA2). In the last 2 years
we have been focusing on management of more than 18 Erasmus Plus projects. This includes work
 not only on the intellectual outputs (we can integrate expertise of all our services), best practice
sharing or training provision, but also on the project execution, including: dissemination,
evaluation, risk management, progress reporting, monitoring and financial management.
