    Most Respectfully Showeth

    1. That, one Lalita Devi gave a written petition on 22/07/20


    before the S.H.O Ishlampur on the basis of which this case
    has been lodged against the petitioner.
    2. That, on behalf of the petitioner earlier no bail application
    either anticipatory or regular has ever been moved either
    before this court or before any superior court .
    3. That, the alleged prosecution story in brief is that on
    22/07/20 informant Lalita Devi was at home and after
    some time she was going to grazing she buffallow on the
    way she buffallow entered into the field of Paramjeet
    Mahto then Paramjeet Mahto abused and outrage
    modisity and torn the ballous of informant then informant
    carried and hence her son Raushan and Devar Anuj
    Sapera came for rescue in the meantime on the side of
    Paramjeet Mahto accused Bipin kumar, Ranjeet kumar,
    Nitish kumar, Rajmani kumar and this petitioner Rahul
    kumar, Love kush kumar, Anshu kumar, Amit kumar,
    Chhotu kumar, Tuntun kumar, Rishu kumar, came arm
    with iron rod, Khanti, Pistol and surrended the house and
    Paramjeet Mahto told Harizan word and abused
    Paramjeet Mahto assaulted also the accused person
    intered into the house and committed theft of ornament
    and other articles then case has been lodged.
    4. Thus, the alleged prosecution story is false, fabricated and
    motivated.
    5. That, the petitioner is quite innocent, he has not
    committed any offence and he has falsely been dragged
    and implicated in the case only to save his skin from the
    counter case.
    6. That, section 379 and 354 is not applicable against the
    petitioner where as 3(i)(r)(s) Sc/St act that is also not
    attracted either against the petitioner or in the case.
    7. That, petitioner name has been mentioned in serial no. 6 of
    the F.I.R and no specific overtact with respect to outrage
    modesity or committing theft has been alleged against the
    petitioner Rahul rather it is specifically mentioned against
    Paramjeet Mahto.
    8. That, motive of the occurrence is also directly connected
    with Paramjeet Mahto.
    9. That, petitioner is in custody since 11/09/21 and he is
    man of fair anticident and he is also ready to abide all the
    conditions imposed by the court.
    It is therefore prayed that petitioner
    may kindly be released on bail.
