This memorandum is made and executed on this ….. day of October, 2021 by

Sri. VALLURI SATYANANDAM S/o VALLURI KARNELU, aged about 43 years,


Occ:Business, Residing at Plot No. 191, Doolapally Village, Dundigal-
Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana., AD.NO.
4639 9852 6288, Cell No.9908532171.,

(Hereinafter referred to as the ‘Depositor/s or Security owner/s’ which term


shall whenever the context means and include his/her /their Heirs, Executors,
Administrators, Legal Representatives, Successors and Assigns.)

The ADARSH CO-OPERATIVE URBAN BANK LIMITED, Situated at # 1-


251/1, MPR Complex, Shapur Nagar, IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad-500055.,

(Hereinafter to as the ‘Bank which term shall whenever the context means and
include their Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives,
Successors and Assigns.)
The Security Owner/s or Depositor/s on 12-10-2021 have deposited the title
deed/s more particularly described in “Schedule-B” here below in respect of
the immovable property/ies more particularly described in “Schedule-A”
here below with an intent to create Deposit of title Deed/s as security in
favour of the Bank for the purpose of securing repayment to the Bank of all
amounts now owing to the Bank under advance made and to be made from
time to time or at any time due from Sri VALLURI SATHYANANDAM S/o
VALLURI KARNELU, the Bank by way of financial assistance up to an
amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) solely or jointly with
any other person or persons to the Bank whether on balance of account or
by discount of otherwise in respect of bill of manner whatsoever including
interest amount, discount, Bank charges, legal charges and service charges
if any.

continuing security and shall ensure not withstanding that at any time
thereon accounts are brought to credit, or the facility is reduced or
enhanced and further shall ensure for any other or fresh financial facilities
that I/We or the party or any of us may be granted by the Bank at any of
their offices /branches.

The property/ies mentioned in “Schedule-A” hereinabove are not subject to,


but are free from prior encumbrances, charges or claims or any claims on
any account whatsoever.

I, MOGULLA PONNA REDDY S/o. M.NARAYANA REDDY, aged about ….. years, R/o. House No.3-1-
96/D, Sriram Colony, Ramanthapur, Uppal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana., do hereby
solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:-

1. That I am the deponent who is residing at above mentioned address and I am well acquainted
with the facts of this Self Declaration.
2. I state that my son M.NAVEEN REDDY expired due to Natural death.
3. I state that I am the owner of Agricultural land to the extent of Ac.2-00 Gts which is an
ancestral property and I state that I will register the said property in favor of my grand-son
M.KISHAN REDDY S/o. LATE.NAVEEN REDDY, aged:17 yrs.
4. I state that due to my son’s death, I will give Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs Only) to my
daughter-in-law Mrs. M.VAISHNAVI W/o. LATE.NAVEEN REDDY within 5 months from this
date.
5. I state that if I failed to pay the said amount to my daughter-in-law then I will register my Ac.1-
00 gts of Agricultural land in favor of Mrs. M.VAISHNAVI W/o. LATE.NAVEEN REDDY without
any litigations.
6. I state that LATE.M.NAVEEN REDDY having a car on his name and if any insurance exists on his
name, then they will belong to Mrs. M.VAISHNAVI & M.KISHAN REDDY.
7. I state that my son LATE.M.NAVEEN REDDY and his friends jointly purchased plots and the
share of LATE.M.NAVEEN REDDY will be given to Mrs. M.VAISHNAVI.
8. I state that my wife Mrs. M.BHAGYA LAXMI also not having any objections on the above said
facts and she is also making this Self Declaration with her own consent.
9. I state that my grand-son M.KISHAN REDDY will be the successor for me and for my
properties.
10. I swear this Self Declaration with my free own consent and undue influence.

We, Mr. SURYAVAMSHI RAMESH & Mrs. SURYAVAMSHI RAJASRI, R/o.
H.No.71/7, Indiramma Colony, Bowrampet Village, Dundigal-Gandimaisamma
Mandal & Municipality, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana, India-500043.,
do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:-

That the Deponents, herein are well acquainted to the facts of this No-Objection
Declaration.

a) We state that our son Mr. SURYAVANSHI SANTHOSH (Personal No.14816-


Y), joined Indian Coast guard Service on 08/02/2018 and has been way from
home since then.

b) We state that we have 2 children, our daughter is married recently and living
in her matrimonial house and our son Mr. SURYAVANSHI SANTHOSH
(Rank-Navik (RP)) is serving onboard Indian Coast Guard ship Sankalp w.e.f
17th July, 2020.

c) In addition to this I, Mrs. SURYAVAMSHI RAJASRI, I am physically


challenged and also had undergone a Surgery (Splenectomy), ever since after
the surgery, I am becoming weak and not able to perform my daily activities
by myself. I am facing hardships like visiting hospitals on my own for
checkups and medication.

d) I, Mrs. SURYAVAMSHI RAJASRI state that my husband’s health is also


deteriorating day-by-day, he’s depressed and not able to handle the
situations and my medical requirements at home. Thereafter, I am living at
my daughter’s residence and she is looking after me these years.

e) We state that we own a property at Hyderabad, which is in the hands of


encroachers and we are in no state to look after our property. Previously, we
had taken many actions but now the things has been changed, due to our ill
health conditions, we are not able to take any legal actions against them,
which is putting a lot of stress in our lives.

f) We state that we are left alone, after our children had moved out of the
house. Our son is the only solution for our existing problems.
g) We state that we need his presence at home in this hard times to meet our
healthcare requirements and he is not able to cope up with his duties, as he
always suffers home sickness and stress about our health conditions.

h) We state that we had stopped seeking help from our friends and family
members, as everyone is busy in their own lives.

i) We strongly state that his continuing in the service is of no benefit to him


and ourselves and due to various above mentioned Moreover we have our
full consent for him to discontinue service with the Indian coast Guard.

j) We state that we are making this Self-Declaration Affidavit to the concerned


Indian Armed Forces Authorities, to kindly consider our request and accept
his Resignation and send him home.

k) We state that we are making this Affidavit with our free own consent and
there is no undue influence.
