Direction: Briefly describe some principles of human relations.
1. There must be fairness and justice.
Every group of people must know fairness and justice in all aspects as we all deserve it. Competition is not highly encourage to all organization because in order to have a positive work place everything must in line and arrange to its duties, responsibilities, and consequences knowing that people would stick if the group and manager has no favoritism at all. They are equally balance to all benefits but different position as they all have different specialize field. With this principle it could lead into the next principle we have. 2. Good communication must exist in the organization. When people starts recognizing that their manager treat them equally would be great start to have a good communication that lead into a good relationship, bond and friendship because having it in the first place could lead them to be more productive that they could really imagine because communication is a key of improving once skills that lead them to have safer at the same time positive work environment that they should have to. In short, communication has a lot of work to do in a place where everyone must cooperate to achieve one same goal of the company and the organization itself. 3. Recognition is given to all. Appreciating and recognizing one’s hardships are one of the best feeling ever that the employee tends to realize that all of those circumstances they encounter, all of them deserve to be known for in their specific specialize field. No bias and equally treated by their managers could gain their employee’s trust at the same time motivation to contribute more as they do their best applying it to achieve their one same goals in the first day they are hired. No one could ever think leaving that certain company as they are all know how good the managers they have and at the same time contented enough to celebrate the small success as they all know that their sacrifices would be really worth it in the end. 4. Participation in decision making and planning is encouraged. Having an organization and company would not be on how they are right now without the help of the employees who also worked hard for it. Their opinions and suggestions could contribute to its development at the same time success. Minding them is like acknowledging their all efforts they give as time passed by, they realize that they really fought a good fight to not surrender the company or organization as they are all willing to participate and contribute in order for them to have on what they are in right now because humans is a great contributor to one’s company so managers must encourage them to participate into important tasks so they will feel that their efforts and existence is more important to them.
