Discussion

How much sleep do you get on a school night?

Do you sleep more or less on weekends?

Do you think you need to get more or less sleep?

What should and shouldn’t you do in order to get a good night’s sleep?

Usually at school nights I get from 7 to 9 hours. At weekends I usually sleep from 9 to 12 hours. I think at weekends I
could get less sleep, but on school days I need to sleep more. I don’t need to do anything because I can sleep good
anytime and everywhere it doesn’t matter how loud is the noise around me.
