2. What does planning involve?


Answer:
Planning involves determining overall company objectives and
deciding how these goals can best be achieved. Managers evaluate
alternative plans before choosing a specific course of action and
then check to see that the chosen plan fits into the objectives
established at higher organizational levels. Planning is listed as
the first management function because the others.

3. Why is planning the first management function?


Answer:
The reason for planning as the first managerial function is
because without planning, other management functions will not
function, meaning that with planning, it means that the
organization has goals and ways the achieve these goals, because
management functions work in relation to one another.

4. What do managers do in the organization phase?


Answer:
Organizing, the second management function, is the process of
putting the plan into action. This involves allocating resources,
especially human 20 resources, so that be overall objectives can
be attained. In this phase, managers decide on the positions to be
created and determine the associated duties and responsibilities.

Answer:
Yes because staffing choosing the right person for the right job,
may also be included as part of the organizing function.

Answer:
Because direction and supervision of employees. In directing,
managers guide, teach, and motivate workers so that they reach
their potential abilities and at the same time achive the company
goals that were established in the planning process.

evaluation essential at this phase of project?
Answer:
 In the final management function, controlling, managers
evaluate how well the company's goals are being met.
 Because of this evaluation, the manager has to look at the
objectives set in the planning stage and how well the tasks
are assigned in the briefing.

8. “what types of problems coukl a manager discover in performing


the controlling function?
Answer:
Managers must see the goals set in the planning stage and how
well the tasks given in the briefing stage are resolved by the main
problems that exist and the goals are not achieved, then changes
need to be made in the organizational, or managerial, structure of
the company. . In making changes, managers may have to go back
and plan, rearrange, and redirect.

Answer:

Conceptual skills are the ability of managers to see the
organization as a complete entity.

Skills relating to other people or Humanity These skills are
the ability of managers to be effective with members of the
organization and to build understanding and cooperative
efforts in the team they lead.

This technical skill is the ability or knowledge to use certain
techniques in carrying out certain tasks or jobs.
