NARRATIVE REPORT
The Senior High School Teacher of Independencia
National High School, conducted onsite School Learning Action
Cell on Adjusted Teachers Individual Annual Implementation
Plan, last May 11, 2021, 9:00 am at Senior High Building faculty
room. It was facilitated by our very active School Head, Ma’am
Maria J. Abaigar. In her slide presentation, she demonstrated first
her Annual Implementation plan as a guide for the teachers
crafting the adjusted TIAIP. After her presentation, she let the
teachers craft their Individual Implementation Plan with some
additional planned outputs, expected MOV’s and possible budget.
She then reminded the teachers the activities and reports to be
submitted like the weekly monitoring plan, monitoring report or
travel report, Learning plan. Lastly, all teachers were asked to
submit the printed Adjusted Individual Annual Implementation
Plan. The said SLAC was a success as teachers was able to know
the expected planned outputs and the MOV’s to prepare for the
upcoming 3rd quarter SMEA.
