Kaizen Report Example

We developed a simple OEE calculator to help measure efficiency losses in a consistent, reliable manner for our production team. Previously, causes for efficiency losses on our lines were known but difficult to measure, classify, monitor and correct. The new calculator provides a basic tool to better understand OEE concepts and efficiency losses and their causes. This will lead to quicker response to issues and improved efficiency if fully implemented.
