Abstract
COVID-19 caused a massive loss of life and had a global impact that has no
geographical borders or timetable for its effects to fade. It has impacted countries all
over the world, disturbing economic levels and enterprises in every industry, as well
as affecting people's daily lives. The goal of this study is to see how the coronavirus
shift in consumer behavior throughout this period. The data show that the pandemic
had a detrimental influence. Many firms have had to close their doors permanently
