LEARNING INTERVENTION PLAN


Learning Interventions Plan is a set of target activities to help the identified exceptional learners improve and cater their academic needs.
This plan is designed so that the teachers and the school can track the learners progress in terms of their academic achievement. The intention is
not to leave students behind in terms of academic. Instructional support includes home visitation, purok system, giving of remediation activity
such as individualized activity sheets, integrative performance task, online and offline support, also, part of the intervention plan is a help or
active involvement of parents.
