1 Tower Spotting and Scheduling

The towers were spotted and scheduled based on weight span criteria and tower spotting
data of individual towers maintaining vertical clearance of 7.1m along the sections and
maintaining the broken wire conditions. The check survey for tower locations shall be
conducted to verify current tower locations and which shall also be the basis for final design.

The tower spotting of the transmission line route is shown in Plan and Profile drawings (Annex
2) and the tower scheduling report showing total number of towers and tower types is as
shown in Section 9.1 Tower Structures below.

The detail tower spotting and scheduling suggests following number of different tower types.

Total Number of Towers: 113

Type of Towers:

- DA: 87

- DB: 11

- DC: 9

- DD: 6

1.1 Tower Structures

The 113 number of tower structures determined from tower spotting are tabulated below,
along with their coordinates.
