EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report is compiled in partial fulfillment of the Bachelor of commerce (Honors)


Degree, and the serves to provide an overview of what I learnt during the internship. This
report is about my internship program carried out at “Silver crest clothing. Pvt. Ltd.”
From 20th December, 2019 to 18th January, 2020. I have completed the internship under
the guidelines of Mr.Raguramreddy. He is an accounts manager. In this report, I have
discussed about every major aspect of the company, which I observed and perceived
during my internship program. In this report you will find the details about the company
that includes history, location, products, manufacturing process and functions.
During my internship program, I mainly worked in accounting department and H R
department. I learnt recording transactions, importance of auditing, quality check of the
products and the production process. All the departments have been discussed in detail
and all the policies and procedures have been described thoroughly. During internship
period, I was able to acquire more practical knowledge and was able to apply the
knowledge acquired during the academic studies in a real world scenario. This report has
been prepared using the standard format that was designed by the Department of
Commerce. This report contains the following headings: Introduction to product based

1.INTRODUCTION

Silver Crest Clothing Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 18 November 1993. It


is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies,
Bangalore. Its authorized share capital is Rs. 100,000,000 and its paid up capital is Rs.
94,800,000. It is involved in Manufacture of wearing apparel, except fur apparel [this
class includes manufacture of wearing apparel made of material not made in the same
unit. Both regular and contract activities are included]

Silver Crest Clothing Private Limited's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was last held
on 29 September 2018 and as per records from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA),
its balance sheet was last filed on 31 March 2018

Current status of the company SILVER CREST CLOTHING PRIVATE LIMITED is


active. The company was incorporated on 18 November 1993 in Bangalore Karnataka.
Company had limited by shares. Its sub-category of tis company is non -government

on 31 March 2019.

6. SELF EVALUATION

It was a complete useful experience learning at the clothing Industry. Since it is my first
Internship I was little nervous at the first. Coming to the experience it was really good, I
have learned many things right from raw materials to the package of produced products,
and some of the information collected regarding the accounts that are maintained
practically.

➢ Learned that how the orders are placed for purchasing the materials, then the
supply of finished products to their customers, and how the purchase orders are

Overall learned how does a manufacturing company functions. One of most important
thing that I have learned is how to speak /approach to the top executives and to behave
in an organization, since it plays an very important role. The employees work actively in
the organization. And I experienced in Silver Crest Clothing Pvt Ltd is good
environmental work along with the employees
7. CONCLUSION

Overall internship is a really good program. It helps to enhance and develop skills,
abilities, and knowledge. I was very excited to work in Silver Crest Clothing Pvt Ltd.
The internship was also good to find out what our strengths and weakness are. This
helped us how to improve in the coming time. The friendly welcome from all the
employees is appreciating, sharing their experience and giving their peace of wisdom
which they have gained in long journey of work.
In last, the 4 weeks of internship, that I had not only learned about the technical
aspects of Industry but also I had been taught how the Industry runs, how the system
works, technical skills with discipline and dedication. I felt happy of working in the
Silver Crest Clothing Pvt Ltd because I contribute to a company and I had gained more
knowledge and skills in the company. I once thankful to people who worked with me in
over all my internship program.
