Biographical Sketch of General Manager

Mr. Herman D. Leynes is currently the General Manager

of Hman Fiber Formz Technologies and Engineering
Services. He was a Former Safety Officer, Pollution
Control Officer (PCO), Facility Officer and Department Head in His
previous Company and holds the degree of BS Electronics and
Communication Engineering, College of Engineering (PUP). He is also
accredited DOLE-OSH Consultant, and accredited Fire Safety
Practitioner be the BFP and accredited Pollution Control Officer by
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-EMB).He is
also a safety consultant of ORMIX Enterprises and RISOCHEM
Enterprises which is one of the biggest suppliers of Industrial Chemical
Products in Laguna Technopark, Inc. and LIMA Technology Center in
Batangas and currently Part time Safety Officer of YAMTECH Industrial
Supplies. He also a Graduated of AUTOCAD Design Artist. He was a
former TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Adviser in his Japanese
previous Manufacturing Company. He was a former Batangas Provincial
Scholar and Rotary Club of the Philippines Scholar during his college
(1998-2003) and a batch’s Salutatorian in his High School time. He was
also a former Samahan ng Kabataan President for 10 years (1996 –
2006). He has more than 15 years in manufacturing, production,
maintenance, facilities and engineering with working experiences in
American, Japanese and Filipino Company. He has also awarded as the
most Skilled Engineer in His Manufacturing time and many activities
award to Him for the development of His previous company. He
established more than 500 items of improvement projects on Total
Preventive Maintenance (TPM), cost-reduction analysis, and predictive
maintenance systems and systems evaluation for production purposes.
He was attended more than 200 seminars, training and orientation focus
on safety, health, environment, improvements, maintenance, productivity,
HR related matters, payroll system, finance, marketing, networking, total
value engineering and analysis.

Hman Fiber Formz Technologies and Engineering Services

(HFFTES) was established last October 15, 2015, at Banay- Banay,
Padre Garcia, Batangas. The company occupies 700 square meters of
manufacturing, fabrication Area and production area which composed of
fiber glass production, metal fabrication, wood fabrication,
supplies/installation of safety equipment /products such as fire hose
cabinet, fire hose, fire extinguishers, FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm
System), Fire Suppression, Sprinkler, Gas Leak Detector. HVAC supply,
installations, preventive maintenance and repair. Civil and mechanical
engineering works such as constructions, piping and electrical works are
also included in our expertise. Our main office is located at Brgy.
Cawongan, Padre Garcia, Batangas, our branch office is located at #173,
MBC Building 3rd Floor, Rm. 301, Brgy. Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas,
Batangas. Hman Fiber Formz Technologies and Engineering Services is
managed/owned by Herman D. Leynes. It employs a team of highly skilled
employees to satisfy the needs of the company and its customers.
