ANALYZE
Analyze the different elements of personal/physical classroom management and answer the
following questions?

1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?


The teacher voice/tone sets the environment in a class, it is a powerful instrument by the
teacher. As soon the teacher talk in moderate and clear at the front all the student that is having a
chat to their seatmate would stop and listen to the teacher who is talking. They are attentive to
the class discussion cause by the authoritative voice of the teacher.
2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?
Teacher punctuality and behavior reflect to the learner, if the learners see that their
teacher is punctual, they will also try to be punctual by following the behavior that the teacher
showing to her students. But if the teacher shows the behavior of tardiness and laziness students
might adapt a negative behavior, teachers are role model to their students.
3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?
Checking the physical aspects of the classroom management will help both the teacher and
the learners to have smooth class discussion and learning activities. It also ensures the safety and
order in the classroom when having a good physical aspect in the classroom management.

REFLECT
Reflect on the aspects of personal and classroom management.
1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.
“No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom management.”
This mean that if you as a teacher won’t be able to impose classroom management even
how good the instruction you gave it will only in vain cause of the ineffectiveness of the classroom
management. Not knowing how manage a class will lead to won’t be able to give good
instructions.
2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?
To ensure an effective classroom management first the teacher should have the qualities of
a good teacher and have the capability to impose classroom management. Teacher should be a
role model to their learners and let the student be part of the decision like when having activity
ask if they could finish the activity in the given due date or let them be part of the rule making to
ensure effectiveness of classroom management.

Analyze the checklist you have accomplished and answer the given questions:
1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these contribute to better
classroom management? Explain your answer.
Their many classrooms management employed by the teacher and its indeed contribute to
better classroom management. Effectiveness of classroom management strategies start from the
teacher, being a role model like punctuality if teacher will be punctual so the students. Teacher
behaviors reflect to the learners which the first impose the classroom management strategies.
2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should have been
used instead? Explain.
According to the resource teacher all the classroom management were used and important
for the effectiveness of the classroom management.

As a future teacher, reflect on the observation then answer the given question.
1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to diverse types of
learners?
As follow are the classroom managements strategies I would employ to respond to diverse
learners:
 Build a caring classroom community
 Embrace cultural diversity
 Set a positive tone
 Get to know students personally
