Inventory and Production

Logging in.

This is how you add or creating new warehouse. Just follow this steps.
Go to Administration > Setup > Inventory > Warehouses.

2. Goods Receipt to Warehouse.


Go to Inventory > Inventory Transactions > Goods Receipt.

*If the warehouse field does not appear, use Form Settings to add it to the document.
Click the table format tab and tick to check the box of the Whse row on the visible
column.
Change the warehouse to Cebu Warehouse.

3. Inventory Transfer
Follow this following steps.
Go to Inventory > Inventory transactions > Inventory transfer.

After adding the inventory transfer document. Go to Inventory Warehouse.

This is now the output. You have to follow this following steps.
To view the inventory report go to Inventory > Inventory Reports > Inventory in
Warehouse Report.

4. Goods Issue.
Follow this following steps.
Go to Inventory > Inventory transactions > Goods Issue.
After this you have to add the Good Issue Document.

Run the Inventory in Warehouse report. Follow this steps.


Go to Inventory > Inventory Reports > Inventory in Warehouse Report.

6. Batch and Serial Numbers. Follow this steps.


Choose Inventory > Item Master Data.

After you put the first item. Choose Add.

Receive the vendor’s delivery of the batch-managed and serialized items in the inventory. Create a goods
receipt PO to receive the two items.
Follow this steps. Purchasing-A/P > Goods Receipt PO.

When your Right-Click on quantity 5 and choose Batch/Serial Numbers. This is now the output.

This is now the output when you click the Automatic Creation.

Choose OK. Then CREATE, and UPDATE.

This is now the output after you click update.

You have to input the Manufacturing date <2 weeks ago>, Mfr. Warranty Start <Today>, Mfr. Warranty End
<1 year from today>.
