4. Alignment - refers to how the text is positioned in the page. This can be left,
right, center or justified.
7. Contrast deals with text elements are given visual attention. When two
elements are dissimilar to one another, contrast is created. Contrast is not
achieved when white text is placed on a very light yellow background, making
the text difficult to read, but contrast is achieved when white text is placed on
a dark brown background. Contrast can be created by combining the
following elements: large font with small font, serif and sans serif, thin
elements with thin elements, cold color with warm color, and so on.
Task 1:
Directions: Look at the pictures below. Compare the following pictures. Answer the
questions that follow.
Task 2: Read the following. descriptions about COVID-19 below. How can you make a
contribution to your community? Make a signage of information that will help the
community stop spreading the virus.
