Script For INSET(In-service Training) Day 3

– March 18, 2021, Wednesday

o “The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand,

and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have
applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.”

o To our Head Teacher I, Mrs. Elizabeth R. Paralejas , fellow Teachers,

Knowledge Sources, good morning and welcome to the 3rd day of
our In-Service Training 2021!

o To start with, I would like to request everyone to stand for the

singing of the Nationalistic Song which will be immediately
followed by a short prayer.

o To set the mood or to get ourselves energized, let us ….

o To keep the ball rolling, may I call on Mrs. Madel M. Menorca for
the recapitulation of yesterday’s training.

o So far, we have done well enough through the past 2 days of fun-
filled and productive In-Service Training. And it’s all because we
had emptied our cup during our training and let our proficient
speakers fill it in with new knowledge and ideas that will help us
become resilient most especially during these trying times.

o So, at this moment, it is just right to lend our ears to our speaker
for the fifth session who will give us more information on the
“Assessment Test Construction and Analysis.”
o She is our very own co-teacher here in Balanacan National High
School. She is a Physics major and currently teaching in our Senior
High School department. Without further ado, I am giving you Mrs.
Roziel V. Montalban.

o At this juncture, let us award the certificate of recognition to our

Speaker. Let me read the content of the certificate…

(6th Session- Afternoon)

“If we teach today as we taught yesterday, we rob our children of
tomorrow.” Technology is here to stay.

o Our next speaker is an expert on crafting technology-based

teaching materials. He has attended several seminars on this. He is
an ICT teacher in our Senior High School department. Without
further ado, I am giving you Mr. Joseph Arnold L. Almonte.

o At this juncture, let us award the certificate of recognition to our

Speaker. Let me read the content of the certificate…

o Before we part ways today, let me leave this quote by William

Polland to you. And I quote, “Learning and Innovations go hand in
hand. The arrogance of success is to think that what you did
yesterday will be sufficient for tomorrow.”

o Thank you so much everyone and congratulations for a job well

done!
