The document discusses an error code system used for troubleshooting trucks. It provides details on the structure and meaning of different error codes as well as potential causes and resolutions.

The error code system is used to identify issues affecting different systems of the truck like the drive system or hydraulics. The codes indicate the type of fault that occurred and what component or system is affected.

Examples given include codes for CAN communication errors, sensor faults, electrical circuit issues. Codes like 2.001 indicate the emergency switch was pressed while codes like 4.560 point to a short circuit of the lowering valve output.

certain of the truck's functions are reduced or do not work.
1-2 Lifting errors. Raising and lowering of the forks is impaired or
not working and the truck's speed is reduced to safety speed.
3 Do not use.
4 Critical error. The main contactor opens. The truck stops.

7.5 Error codes

NOTE that certain error codes are stored in the programme and disap-
pear from the display while other error codes remain on the display and
require that the truck is first stopped and then restarted for the error
code to disappear.
