When the Install is Finished, in "Xilinx License Configuration Manager"

-OR-
In the "Help" -> "Manage Licenses..."

[1] Go to "Manage Xilinx Licenses" tab


[2] Press "Copy License..." Button
[3] Find "xilinx_ise.lic" from Crack Folder
[4] Click Open
