    PETITIONER, AAA, and RESPONDENT, BBB, unto this Honorable


    Court, MOST RESPECTFULLY STATES THAT:

    1. Petitioner and Respondent have reconciled on December 24, 2021 after


    Respondent voluntarily submitted himself for re-confinement at the
    Malinao Treatment and Rehabilitation Center;

    2. Petitioner and Respondent have mutually and voluntarily agreed to


    terminate and abandon the instant case for legal separation.

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, Petitioner and Respondent


    respectfully pray that the instant case for legal separation, which remains
    pending as of even date, be dismissed.

    Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed
    for.
