Operating System Environment

・ You need 2.5GB (WIN) / 1.5GB (Mac) or more free harddisk space for the installation of MEIKO V3 POWER
Demo.

・ Regarding to CPU, RAM and other requirements, please follow the information about required minimum
system environment for the retail version of "MEIKO V3".

・ For the use of "Piapro Studio", a separate DAW (digital audio workstation) application that supports VST
(Win / Mac) or AU (Mac) is required.

About MEIKO V3 POWER Free Trial Version

This is a special trial version of virtual singer software MEIKO V3 POWER voice library and the vocal editor
Piapro Studio. All functions are enabled for 14 days from the day of installation. Please visit the special

Vocal editor that allows you to easily operate and modify MEIKO's voice. Piapro Studio works as a VSTi / AU
plugin, and therefore performs at a high compatibility with main music production applications (PreSonus
Studio One, Ableton Live, Steinberg Cubase etc.) .

Installation of MEIKO V3 POWER Demo

1. MEIKO V3 Installer Start-up


Double click on the [setup.exe] in the MEIKO V3 Installer folder located in the
WIN folder

2. [Set the language] Screen


Select English and then click [ OK ].

3. [License Agreement] Screen
A screen will appear asking for consent of the license agreement. If you accept
the terms and conditions, please check the box and then click [ Next ]. (Image 1)

4. [Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for VOCALOID API Runtime (32bit)]


Screen
The VOCALOID API Runtime (32bit) installer will begin automatically. Please
click [ Next ]. If you want to use the version for 64bit Windows, please first Image: 2
install the described one above. (Image 2)

5. [Destination Folder] Screen


Please click [ Next ]. By clicking on the [ Change ] button, you can also change
the destination of VOCALOID API (32bit). (Image 3)

6. [The Program is Ready to be Installed] Screen


Click [ Install ]. Image: 3

7. [Install Shield Wizard is Completed] Screen


Click on [ Finish ] and the VOCALOID API (32bit) installation will be completed.
If you are using a 64bit version of Windows, VOCALOID API Runtime install
screen will be displayed. Please install it according to the instructions
displayed.

8. [Welcome to the Install Shield Wizard for MEIKO V3] Screen Image: 4
Please click [ Next ].

9. [Choose Destination Location] Screen


Please choose the destination Tiny VOCALOID3 Editor. Click [ Next ] if you
don't want to change the destination. You can also change the destination by
clicking [ Change ]. (Image 4)

10. [Select Features] Screen
Please put a check in all of the voice libraries and then click [ Next ]. (Image 5)

11. [Choose Destination Location] Screen


Please choose a destination for all songs in the library. Continue and click
[ Next ]. You can change the destination by clicking [ Change ]. (Image 6)

12. [Start Copying Files] Screen Image: 6


If there are no problems with the installation location, click [ Next ]. If you need to modify the destination,
click [ Return ]. If you click [ Next ] the installation will begin. Please wait until the next screen loads.

13. [InstallShield Wizard is Complete]


When you click [ Complete ], the installation of MEIKO V3 POWER Demo will be completed.

14. Start the Installation of Piapro Studio


Reopen the MEIKO V3 POWER Demo Installer Folder (WIN). Depending on the
audio software you are using, you can install the 32bit or the 64bit version.

□ For users of 32bit audio software (DAW)


If you are using the 32bit version of the DAW application, double click on
[setup.exe] located in the [Crypton Software Installer (32bit)] folder. Image: 7

□ For users of 64bit audio software (DAW)


If you are using the 64bit version of the DAW application, double click on
[setup.exe] located in the [Crypton Software Installer (64bit)] folder.

In most cases the bit number of the Windows system is the same as of the
DAW in use. However, in some cases DAW in 32bit can be also run on Windows
64bit; for being sure, please check once again your system bit number and the
DAW bit number.

15. [Select a Language] Screen


Select [ English ] and then click [ OK ]. (Image 8)

16. [Crypton Software Installer] Screen


Simply check the Piapro Studio VSTi boxes and then click [ Install ]. (Image 9)

17. [End User License Agreement] Screen


A screen asking for consent of the license will appear. If you accept the terms
and conditions, please check the [ I accept the License Agreement ] box. Once
you agree to the terms and conditions, you can click [ Install ] or [ Advanced ].
If you click on the [ Advanced ] option, you can alter the installation destination. Image: 10

18. [Product Features] Screen


Click [ Install ].

19. [Completed the Piapro Studio VSTi Setup Wizard] Screen

20. [Completed Install Piapro Studio VSTi] Screen
Click [OK] and the Piapro Studio installation will be complete. (Image 12)

21. [Crypton Software installed successfully] Screen


Click [OK] and the Crypton Software installation will be complete. (Image 13)
