NOTES:

September 11, 2021


Meeting started: 8:00PM

- If Monday will be target of distribution, then the modules will have to be released in the
community, not in school.
-Dapat nay attendance even if the teachers are working from home.

-Half of the teachers will be on duty

-AGREED: One grade level per day

Monday
Morning – meeting, classroom prep,
Afternoon – Grade 7 only

Tuesday

Grade 8 – morning
Grade 9 – afternoon

Wednesday
Grade 10 – morning
Grade 11 - afternoon

Thursday
Grade 12 – morning

-Release of modules for the parents must be staggard


-8:30AM will be the starting time for release

SCHEDULE OF TEACHERS’ DUTY (vice versa/week)


Group 1 - MWF – Danuco, Havana, Mirafuentes, Licayan, Bada, Mentero, Fuentes, Cabonilas
Group 2 - TTh – Virtudazo, Alisna, Gendive, Coralat, Barrios, Escobar, Perez, Cabonilas
Volunteers – any day they want
2-3 days – Work From Home and must be available always for call
-if teachers’ time of entry continues at 10am, ma’am will opt to use biometric
Sir Odol – will be assigned in Punongbayan
Sir Ranie – will be assigned in Padolina

During WFH:
-Morning attendance – 10am to 12nn
-Afternoon attendance – 5pm to 7pm
-Ma’am Mizel will be the one to monitor the attendance in school
-Ma’am Nikki will be assigned to develop virtual attendance via Google Form

-Return of Modules: October 18, 2021


-First Grading – equivalent to 9 weeks
-Every month, homeroom meeting will be conducted (a Memo will be released for unified
Homeroom Meeting Schedule)

-Class Program, Teachers’ Program and Weekly Home Learning Plan (WHLP) will be prepared on
Monday
-Students are NOT allowed to claim modules

-Mam Mizel’s suggestion: The school guard should control the entry of individuals starting from
school gate.

-needs to work on PHIL-IRI


-Brigada Pabasa Volunteers (photos to be included should have books or materials in the
background)

-There are identified Grade 7 students with 29 each per section.

-Encourage learners to visit the school FB Page for announcements

-Ma’am Thea: Is it okay for school to have ID just in of travels? Response: Yes. We’ll make our IDs.

-Attendance online will be attached for the first day of duty report.

-Meeting ended: 9:21PM
