HOW TO DOWNLOAD, INSTALL and ACTIVATE MS OFFICE 365

REMINDERS:

1.) Uninstall first any version of office that you have that is not office 365. For
example, Office 2013, 2016 and 2019.

2.) To completely remove old versions of office, you can follow the guide in this
website https://bit.ly/3jVVgLW. Scroll down to the bottom part of the page and
follow the Option 2 instructions.

3.) Once old office is removed, follow the instructions provided below to download
and installation of MS Office 365.

4.) If may office 365 na naka install sa PC or Laptop niyo just go to


https://www.office.com. Paki sign in po ang account na binigay po namen.
Irirequired po kayong ichange ang password. Pag natapos niyo po ang password
change at nasa welcome page na kayo ng office.com, mag open po kayo ngaun sa
desktop niyo ng Office app like Word, Excel or Ppt. Click niyo po ang File then
Account. If may naka sign in na account. Paki sign out po muna then sign niyo yung
account na binigay po namen with your NEW password. Once completed. Paki
check kung licensed na ang Office niyo. Di niyo na need gawin ang nasa ibaba.
*How to Download Office 365 Apps for Offline Use*

1. Visit www.office.com
2. Sign-in using the given username and password
3. You will be asked to change the password to your own password

4. After successful password change, you will then be asked to authenticate your account. This is necessary for
your account recovery. You can use phone or email authentication. You will use your own phone or email
address. Microsoft will send you an authentication code. Once authentication is completed you will see the
image # 1.
5. You will see a welcome page here. You can exit it or go through the bullets for some information.
6. Here you will now see your Office 365 Account. You can now Download and Install Office 365.

7. Just follow the given instructions. The installer will be downloaded and just run it once completed. MS Office

365 will install itself after running the downloaded installer.


8. After MS Office 365 is installed, open any Office App and sign in now using the username and your NEW
password.

9. Once you are logged in. Uncheck the “Allow my organization to manage my device” then Select or Click “No, sign
