The pattern describes how to knit a pullover with cable and colorwork patterns. It is worked from the bottom up in pieces and uses multiple charts to represent the stitch patterns.

The pattern is worked from the bottom up in pieces - the body, front/back pieces, shoulders, neck and sleeves. Hem, neck and cuffs are picked up and worked after the main pieces.

The body is worked in the round from the cast on using a circular needle. Front and back pieces are worked flat separately after dividing for the armholes. Shoulders are worked separately after the body pieces are completed.
