Material : Song (Fool Again)

Skill : Listening

Time Allocation : 2 X 45 Minutes

A. LEARNING PURPOSE

1. Based on song given, the students are able to mention the social function and the the
elements of language of song.
2. Based on song given, the students are able to know and understanding the meaning,
purpose or message of song.

B. CORE COMPETENCE

1. Students are able to understand the Social function of the song


2. Students ask the teacher “what is the technique to get the meaning of the song easily?”.

 Studens are able to mention the social function of a song

 Students imitate the pronouncation by sing a song.

 With teacher Guidance, students ask what is the


message of english song.
 Students ask the teacher how to get the massage of the
song easily by using listening technique.

 Students read lyric songs that has written with their


friends
 Students sing a song with the right pronouncation.
 Students discuss about the message of the song

 Students compare the message in the song 
individually
 Students make a list songs of peace

 Students report a list of favourite song that they


have anaylized the message of the song
 Students make an assesment of the list song is
made
Closing 10 Minutes

 The students try to give conclution (meaning of


song) before the teacher give the conclution.

 Teacher gives the conclution and feedback of
the result of learning activities.

 The teacher gives the greeting to close the
learning process with ask one of students to
bring a pray.
