    My Holographic Final Will and Testament

    Novermber 07, 2021

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, Jomark C. Orpilla, a Filipino citizen, of legal age, married to Pia Wurtsbach , born on the 17th
    of August 1947 , a resident of Magapit Lal-lo, Cagayan, being of sound and disposing mind and
    memory, and not acting under undue influence or intimidation from anyone, do hereby declare
    and proclaim this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the language which
    I am well conversant. And I hereby declare that:

    I. I desire that should I die, it is my wish to be buried according to the rites of the Roman
    Catholic Church and interred at our family mausoleum in San Lorenzo, Lal-lo, Cagayan;

    II. To my beloved wife, Pia Wurtsbach Orpilla, I give and bequeath the following property to

    wit: My bank accounts, 4 Lamborghini Veneno cars, 2 Bugatti La Voiture Noire, and 5

    Ferrari 458 Italia;

    III. To my esteemed children, Uno Dos and Quatrine , I give the following properties to wit:

    10, 000 square meter lot located at Alimannao, Peñablanca, Cagayan , 5, 000 square meter lot

    located at Magapit , Lal-lo, Cagayan, House and lot at Southville Subdivision located at Molo,

    Iloilo city, and 12 storey building at Tuguegarao City;

    IV. To my dear sister, Jolean Orpilla, the oldest I give the Hanna’s beach resort in Pagudpud,
    the CVMC hospital and Robinson’s mall in Tuguegarao and a 4, 000 square meter house and lot
    in Beverly Hills, in California.

    V. To my dear sister, Jolylyn Orpilla, the youngest, I give the following: Channel Diamond Ring

    collection, Chopard Earring Collection, Mikimoto Necklace Collection, 6 shih tzu dogs and 10

    German shepherd dogs, my lambhorgin, gucci, channel bags and shoes collection

    will be inherited by her.

    VI. To my good friends, Thalia Nina Cudal,Julie Ann Atabug, Tee jay James, Ericah Agbayani,
    Lovely Rabanal, Dianne Comlumbano, Diana Clit, Aisa Doniego, and Daisy Pulido, I give and
    bequeath the following properties to wit: 9 Patek Philippe Worldtimer Guilloché , and 18 Rolex
    Daytona Unicorn watch, and 18 house and lot Camella hpuse property in Iguig Cagayan.
    VII. I hereby designate, Pia Wurtsbach, the executor and administrator of this Last Will and
    Testament, and in his incapacity, I name and designate my sisters, Jolean and Joylyn as her
    substitute.

    VIII. I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament or her
    substitute need not present any bond;

    XI. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or testamentary
    dispositions that I have made, executed, signed or published preceding this Last Will and
    Testament.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 07th day of Noveember,
    2021, in Magapit, Lal-lo, Cagayan, Philippines.

    ATTESTATION CLAUSE

               (If the Attestation Clause is in a language not known to the witnesses, it shall be interpreted to
    them. The attestation need not be in the language known to the attesting witnesses, but the will must be
    in the language known to the testator, it may be in Tagalog.) 

               WE, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are stated opposite our respective
    names, do hereby certify: That the testator, Jomark C. Orpilla has published unto us the foregoing will
    consisting of _2_ pages numbered correlatively in letters in the upper part of each page, as his/her Last
    Will and Testament and has signed the same and every page thereof, on the left margin, in our presence
    and we, in turn, at his/her request have witnessed and signed the same in every page thereof, on the left
    margin, in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each and all of us.
