Duty
TERMS & CONDITIONS
 The rates quoted are for deployment on 7 days a week basis for 12 Hrs shift basis for
security guards and on 6 days a week basis for 8 hrs shift for housekeeping staff &
loaders respectively and the prices are inclusive of all charges including our contribution
towards Statutory Compliances, supervision, training and our service margins. It also includes
uniform for our staff to be deployed at your site.
 The rates quoted are exclusive of GST. GST as applicable will be charged over and
above the invoiced value.
 The rates quoted above are based on the State minimum wages applicable as on date of
submission of quotation. Service tax or any other tax shall be effective as per rates notified by
the government from time to time.
 Sufficient lead-time should be provided in order to mobilize and train the manpower to
start the contract.
 The prices are valid for till revision of Minimum wages by the Government.
 Our services will commence after signing of the agreement or receipt of LOI/PO.
