Essay: Explain briefly the food for thought below.

“Humanity will not enjoy security without development; it will not enjoy
development without security; and it will not enjoy either without respect for human
rights.”

Human security is linked to human rights. Without respecting human rights, it results
in protracted crises, violent conflicts, natural disasters, persistent poverty, epidemics, and
economic downturns that impose hardships and undercut prospects for peace, stability, and
sustainable development.

Human security’s approach is a proven analytical and planning framework that
supports more comprehensive and preventive responses. Therefore, the developing
of human security is contextualizing relevant solutions and realizes a world free
from free, and indignity.

Human security strengthens local capacities to build resilience and promotes

solutions that enhance social cohesion and advance respect for human rights and
dignity.
