Accounts & Payments

Option to raise an invoice for various types of charges - Maintenance charges,


corpus fund, utility charges etc.
Option to raise an invoice for the different mode of charges including - fixed
amount, sqft based, usage-based etc.
Option for invoicing for Group Wise, Individual charge items.
Invoicing for Individual or for selected groups (for all, tenants only, only for
selected towers etc).
Option for configuration of Penalties of various types (Fixed amount,
Percentage-wise, Daily interest, custom configuration etc) for entire charge items
or selected bills.
Account/ Invoice Option for configuring varying penalty rules for different charge items (E.g.: Fixed
amount for one item and percentage wise for other item).
Configuration for Group Invoices (Group of charge items under one main Charge).

Option to include notes/ messages in the footer area of invoice document.

Option to download and Print dues statement/ invoices.


Option to upload bulk charge items for Invoicing.
To view/delete/download/print/send already generated Invoices.
Log files available with details of user created and time of creation.
Option to see the cancelled receipts and log details.
Option to capture various types modes of payment collection including cash,
cheque, online payment, fund transfer etc and creation of receipts.
Option to accept partial payment of charges.
Payment Collection Option to communicate the payment (Receipts) to residents via email/ SMS.

Option to configure different association bank account for selected bills (E.g.:
Maintenance charge in one bank and Deposit fund in another bank) for receiving

Residents can view/ download their apartment related invoices, payments and
statements anytime on login into their mobile app.
View, Print and Download option of dues based on selected date.

payments.
Easy reconciliation reports with details of transaction, reference number, date of

Helpdesk Feature – Complaint Management

Option to raise concerns and complaints to management regarding apartment /


common area.
Admin can set categories for complaints for easy tracking and assignment to key
Booking Complaints stake holders.

Option to add attachment / take photo of complaints and attach with the request.

Categorization of complaints to - Open, In progress, Closed etc.


Assigning the Option for manual and auto assign the complaint to concerned person.
Complaints SMS alerts to the technicians about assignment of complaints.

Option for auto escalation of complaints if it is not fixed on the provided time frame.

Escalation
Option to re-open the already fixed complaint - Re opened complaints will be
treated as escalated.
Detailed reports regarding status of each complaints.
Reports available for - Complaints based on Category.
Reports
Reports about Tower wise complaints.
Reports about average time taken to close the complaint.

Amenity Booking

Admin can configure amenities.


Admin can set slot based or full day based booking and possible to set rate for each
slot.
Admin Panel Residents can book and pay for Paid amenities.
Option to set " Chargeable " and " free " bookings.
Admin can approve the free bookings based on availability.
Book and Pay later facilities is available.
Option to book amenities based on the slot for the entire day configured by Admin.
Resident App Option to see the history of bookings.
Option to make payments for amenities online.
Communication

Option to send mass email/ SMS to the selected user groups or individual
apartments are possible. Option for admin to create and configure custom
groups.
Groups like owner, tenant, tower, management, residents, vendors etc will
be automatically created
Communication Option to create meetings, discussions and polls.
Features Delivery Reports for Email/ SMS available for tracking.
SMS Delivery to DND Numbers is also possible.
Option to include attachments in Email

Option to include CC/ BCC in email communication.
