    a) Yes, The Garments Tiara need to follow basic training and development process.

    From the case


    we can see that garment tiara only provide their employees orientation program and on the job
    training. But these are not enough for the employees to do well in the organization. They need
    proper training so that they don’t need to take help from other departments and can manage
    their responsibilities in better way. So Garment Tiara need to plan a training program.

    b) Training and development program is very helpful in motivating employees. When the
    employees of Garments Tiara will get proper training and development program, they will feel
    confidence about their newly assigned work and will be able to do the work properly and
    efficiently. Moreover through the training, employees become more engaged in the job, team
    work, also they feel security about the job. And these things help the employees to get the
    motivation to work.

    c) Garment tiara training program should be like this: at first they need to assess them, set an
    standards, monitor them and evaluate them.

    d) Garment tiara can practice development program by giving them proper training and motivating
    them.

    e) Garments tiara can enjoy many benefits if they provide employees training and development
    program. Through the training, the employees will be more skilled about the job and as a result
    they will be able to deliver good result in the job. And the garments will be profitable because of
    the good work. Also it will leads to increase in productivity and performance of the garments,
    there will be less faults in the work and many more benefits.
    f) The objectives of employee training program for garment tiara is to increase job satisfaction of
    employes, make the employees and trainers more skilled, increase the productivity of the
    garments, improve the work quality and make them effective and efficient.
