INTRODUCTION
COMPANY BACKGROUND
Cian Jin G. Dela Cruz, Verrantes Jhon Endrina, Francis Xavier Marcelino, John
Vincent C. Rodriguez, and Espi Adrianne G. Sabandal, five IT experts, created
Padayon, a firm specialized in the administration of sales of a delivery service and
numerous couriers, on October 20, 2021. The company's goals are to create a fast
delivery service while simultaneously offering outstanding parcel handling.
The five IT pioneers chose to expand and manage their sales by establishing a
website that contains their service offerings and explains how delivery works, as well as
why customers in the online industry trust the firm to properly handle their items and
deliver them on time. The authors created a simple website that enables typical use of a
point-of-sale system to improve their company's visibility by employing information
processing in a technological field.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Product quality, marketing, and convenience are all discussed on our page about
the coffee business. It enables the firm and its many business partners to not only raise
sales for the company and its products but also to advance the IT industry and the
economy.
Padayon firm is a great assistance and a requirement for a lot of customers,
especially coffee enthusiasts, to shop and explore in just a few clicks, and they can
already browse and purchase from the website.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

The Padayon coffee company created a website for a new technical technique of
selling coffee beans, a coffee maker, and an online menu for custom-made goods. The
project intends to maintain the current trend of utilizing online shopping company
websites, in which most consumers avoid traveling and spend a significant amount of
time searching for the product they want in a given place.
There are, however, certain online buying websites that are unclear about the
items and their prices. Furthermore, customers are dissatisfied with the product quality,
and their payment options are limited. Nonetheless, Padayon Coffee ensures that every
transaction is completed to the satisfaction of the consumer.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES

We aim to develop a website that allows consumers convenience and to help the
industry and economy’s progress. Specifically, the project aims to:

1. Increase sales - Search engine optimization, well-organized content, and a

user-friendly website are all factors to consider.
2. Building our own brand - Promotions, reputation management, and an active
campaign through the internet.
3. Make a name for the company as an authoritative source - Providing high-
quality products on our website, updating it regularly, developing trust, and
promoting it on other websites and social media.
4. Designing a website aesthetically and create pleasing user interfaces
5. To develop a website to make it a forms of marketing strategy with
implementing programming languages such as;
6. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for front-end and back-end development

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

This project will look at the impact of service quality and the need for a coffee shop
website on customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions to keep up with the
international coffee chains and with the IT industry. It will be beneficial to the following:

1. COMPANY - The project's outcome will shorten the company's order processing
time for customers. Their orders will be sent to a database on the website.
Because they will give quality for items that a consumer would purchase, the firm
will appreciate the client's money. This would allow the firm to reach out to more
consumers and resellers, perhaps increasing revenue.
2. CUSTOMERS - Customers will benefit from this project since they will have more
choice over what they want to buy and will be able to see more details about a
product. It is dependable since there is no sales pressure. The product's quality
is worth purchasing, and the project's user interface is simple to use.
3. ECONOMY - Online companies must create their website but doing so is less
expensive than renting or owning a physical store, and it lowers transaction
costs. It also necessitates the use of fewer staff to manage the website.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

SCOPE:

 Homepage – It has a Google map, product features, and other modules.

 About us – This page features the developers of the website
 Check our coffee – It shows all products with five (5) categories naming hot, cold,
Asian, coffee products, and others.
 Shop – This module features purchasable products in the website
 Log-in / Sign-up – This is where the customers can access their accounts or to
create a new one to be a member
 Mobile support – It supports the view for mobile version of the website

DELIMITATION:

 Lack of content and images

 Loading takes a moment
 Difficulty in finding a hosting service
 Developers has limited knowledge and others are not willing to participate
