    1. What will happen if marketing will not relay consumer / customer’s feedback to
    production / operations department?
     If the marketing will not relay on the consumers or customer’s feedback, they
    will now know if the customer’s meet their satisfaction. Just example, Online
    food selling. You need to know if they are satisfied with your product wether if
    it is good or not. Because we all have a different tastes. So that, it can help
    you to identify areas if the product can improve.

    2. What will be the effect of a budget cut ( budget insufficiency) to


    production/operation?
     If the budget is not enough, maybe the quality of the product can affect
    negatively. Because, you can’t buy other expenses that needed of your
    business. It’s important to have budgeting it helps to save more money and
    can make a better financial decisions.

    3. How can production staff without proper training and lack of experience will affect
    production an operation productivity?
     Lack of proper training or lack of experience can affect the business
    negatively. Without proper training, the business is not succeed and achieve
    their goals and become failure. It will also affect other employees because
    they can decrease work performance. Furthermore, It can also decrease a
    profit of a business.
    4. Why is necessary to solve managerial problems using scientific method?
     It is necessary to solve managerial problems using scientific method to solve
    their problems without bias. Because scientific method leads to closer to the
    truth and it help us answer many questions.

    5. What theory can used to explain the relationship of superiors and subordinates?
     Behavioral theory

    6. What theory can be used to explain and manage the operation of the business?
     Modern management theory
