REPORT SUMMARY
The!property has extensive damage to the roof of the poperty located towards the rear of the house due to heavy winds
and what looks to be a very old tree along with unstable ground where the tree was situated. The tree managed to
affect one bedroom occupied by tenant Mr Bester and the main bathroom. The roof will need urgent repairing once the
tree has been removed from inside the property. Will require extensive repairs of building and support structures

RECOMMENDATION - PROPERTY VACATED WHILST REPAIRS TAKE PLACE
