3. LEADERSHIP
Write a short essay on how to become a good leader. (Minimum of 5 sentences)
Good Leaders are expected at all levels and in all contexts. The ability to guide a group of
people working toward a shared objective is known as leadership. Various qualities can assist you in
becoming a great leader. Begin by teaching one of your abilities to a fellow student. When given the
chance, take on additional responsibilities. Allow them to know that you are someone who can be
relied on.
We must be approachable because a good leader will make it a point to be available to
give guidance and leadership to everyone who requires it. We also need to share the credit and take
responsibility. If you earn praise, make sure that the other involved parties get a fair amount of the
credit, and accept responsibility as the leader. We must also learn to express things correctly to
master this key talent. This necessitates paying attention to their characteristics and determining the
most effective technique to communicate with them. People should be thanked for their contributions.
Others are more likely to want to help you again if they feel good about their efforts. Recognize the
efforts and achievements of elders, coworkers, and others. Take the effort to get to know your
coworkers and make sure that those with whom you deal are familiar with you. Be adaptable in your
approach to achieving a goal. It's fine if people tackle things from various perspectives. Relax, seek
advice from others, and be adaptable. You could discover that their path is better than the one you
had in mind. Ascertain that every individual is valued. People will be more likely to put in extra effort
at work if they feel good about themselves.
You may put your thoughts into practice now that you've acquired a sense of what it takes
to be a great leader, whether that involves seeking leadership roles or just showing these skills daily.
Working to put these principles of good leadership into practice can help you become a leader of the
future.
The terms nationalism and patriotism are commonly used interchangeably. We are unable
to discern patriotism disguised as nationalism or nationalism disguised as patriotism. That is
erroneous since the two terms are completely different.
Nationalism is founded on the belief that a person's allegiance and devotion to his or her
nation should take precedence over the interests and opinions of other citizens or a specific group of
individuals. National pride, on the other hand, extols a country's virtues while downplaying its flaws.
Nationalism is insensitive to the ideals of other nations. It demands to be "the greatest" and asserts
itself to be so. Such self-proclaimed brilliance puts logic and goodness aside.
Patriotism is a feeling of attachment to one's homeland. Love and adoration for the place
where one is born, raised, and the country to which that place corresponds. These bonds might be
ethnic, cultural, political, or historical in nature. Patriotism also entails a sense of pride in a country's
principles, as well as a willingness to improve upon them. Patriotism appreciates and honors the
patriotism of people from other nations. It encompasses a collection of ideas that are closely related
to those of nationalism.
