NOTICE

This is to inform all the outgoing final semester PG & DD students (PG 4th & DD 10th Semester)
that they can collect the Hard Copy of FINAL SEMESTER MARKSHEET from the
Examination Section, Office of the Dean (Academic) following the conditions stated below:

1. A mail is required to be sent from the student to the undersigned (email-Id:


[email protected]) seeking permission at least 24 hours prior, for entry into the
campus.
2. The student needs to produce all clearance certificates (Hard Copy & NO Soft Copy shall
be allowed) i.e. Library Clearance, Mess Clearance & Room Clearance etc. If the student
is a day scholar then also proper document is required to be shown in order to collect the
marksheet.
3. The duration of distribution of marksheet is 11.30 am to 2.30 pm on all working days.
4. The distribution of hardcopy of marksheet shall be started from September 08, 2021.

This is issued with the concurrence of the Dean (Academic).
