Based on your merit and choices of Institutions & Programs exercised by you during online Counselling, you have been provisionally alloted for
admission to above Institute and Program. You are required to report in person at the alloted Institute as per above mentioned schedule. Please
produce all the relevant document in original (with a set of self attested photocopies) such as proof of qualifying examination, certificate(s) of
category/ subcategory/ Rural Weightage/ Fee Waiver etc whichever are applicable, Medical fitness/Character Certificate from the Institution last
attended etc on the prescribed format available in the Information Brochure.
1. The seat accaptance fee, which is available with the University, shall be transferred to the alloted Institute. In case, you fail to report in person for
admission in the alloted Institute/Branch within the specified period, the seat alloted to you shall automatically stand cancelled and hence alloted seat
shall be treated as vacant. Further,in such a case, the fee submitted by you during counseling process shall be forfeited and you shall not be eligible for
refund.
2. Request for Hostel Allotment would be considered by the Alloted Institute after admission in the Institute.
3. You shall be required to submit the balance amount of Institute Fee and other fee as applicable for the alloted Institute. For details, Please see the
website of the alloted institute.
4. NO "Change of Institute" OR "Migration" shall be allowed at any stage during the duration of the Course.
5. For physical reporting candidates should carry original copy and one set of photocopy of all the relevant documents along with Demand Draft (DD) of
required fee amount of the allotted institute.
6. For UG Candidate, Seat Allotment letter issued/downloaded on or before 17th October, 2021 stand CANCELLED.
7. There is no upgradation/ change in seat allotment for 2nd year lateral entry candidates after round 2 seat allotment on 27 Oct 2021 in compliance with
revised AICTE academic calendar 2021-22. However, new allotment letters have been generated as part of the counseling process.
