    With reference to your enquiry for AMC of your 125KVA acoustic enclosure DG set. we give
    hereunder our lowest quotation and hope the same will find with your approval.

    SERVICE CONTRACT- TERMS AND CONDITIONS-AGREEMENT


    CONTRACTOR : CHANDRU GENSETS

    CUSTOMER :

    CONTRACT : For the preventive maintenance of 125KVA DG set.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    1) The maintenance contract shall be valid for one full year commencing from the date
    of agreement.
    2) Our service Technician will be visiting your plant 12 times a year at an interval of
    one month on a manually agreed date of us.
    3) The scope of work under this maintenance service contract will be as per annexure
    ‘A’
    4) The spares consumables required for the DG set repair will be charged extra.
    5) The workshop and transport charges for repairs of engine components like cylinder
    heads, fuel pump and injector etc., Alternator and control panel at extra cost.
    6) The major works like top-overhaul and complete overhaul of the engine, rewinding
    of alternator and rewiring of control panel will not come under maintenance service
    contract and will be taken separately.
    7) The suggestions given by our service representative to your staff for the day to day
    maintenance to be followed strictly to achieve better performance from the engine
    (DG set)
    8) If any existing problem in the DG set, to be rectified before commencement of the
    AMC.
    9) The 100% of the service contract amount has to be paid in advance.
    10) It is customer’s responsibilities to take care of the set regarding day maintenance.
    11) Customer has to monitor the set while operating to ensure the set is operating with
    the recommended parameters and to stop the set immediately in case of any
    abnormalities notices like leakage of water/oil/fuel or unusual notices etc., to avoid
    major breakdowns.
    12) The contract does not include any repairs resulting from calamities, accident,
    vandalism or negligence to operate and maintain the DG set as recommended by the
    manufacturer.
    13) Our engineers will recommend spares required for preventive maintenance checks
    to be carried out in advance as per manufacturer recommendations and, customer
    is advised to keep the spares/ consumables in stock required for such services.
    14) Agreed as per the points mentioned above.
