1. Do hereby appoint The Mortgage Company (“our Representative at Evo”) to be our lawful representative and agent in our name, place and
stead, to obtain a copy of our personal credit reports (“PCR”) from Experian South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Experian”), to be used solely for the purpose
of providing us with advice or assistance with managing our credit, by having reference to the content of our PCR’s. Further to this should we agree
to the BondReady process, we hereby provide POA to TMC and associates to communicate, negotiated and request client information from my
Bank and creditors related to the Rehabilitation and Mediation process.
2. We consent to Experian releasing a copy of our PCR to our Representative and to our Representative having sight of the content of our PCR’s for
the above purpose. TMC reserve the right to charge a cost of R75/ITC to the applicant.
3. Private data is collected in terms of your signed consent re Section 11(1)(a) – (f) of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013
(“POPI”). This information can be shared with DOHS, The Property Bank, Bond Ready and affiliated company, and business.
