Electrical & Control cables lugs are not available in termination for agitator and Dolly control panels.
VFD panel rear door partially close,need to modify the door for complete closing .
In VFD panels door locks & handles are not provided.
VFD Panel cable entry spare holes are open in base plate need to close.
VFD control cables glanding not done,its fixed with M seal in VFD.
VFD 7,8,9,10 Harmonic filter housing missing which is installed in rear side of VFD  panel .
VFD & PLC panel room AC not available .
For All blowers motors shrouds are not available in cable termination .
Power cable need to lay to DDC 2 .
Power cable termination for all DDC panels need to be done for both source and destination.
Trench are not covered in the VFD room.
1 no's light is missing.
VFD panel Filters are missing in door mounted fans assembly.
Trench are not covered in the MCC Room.
MCC Panel Ventilation fan 1 feeder over load relay is under rating .(FLC 10.9 Amps)(OLR range 6.3 A-10A)
MCC Panel Ventilation fan 2 feeder over load relay is under rating .(FLC 10.9 Amps)(OLR range 6.3 A-10A)
MCC Panel Ventilation fan 3 feeder over load relay is under rating .(FLC 10.9 Amps)(OLR range 6.3 A-10A)
MCC Panel Ventilation fan 4 feeder over load relay is under rating .(FLC 10.9 Amps)(OLR range 6.3 A-10A)
MCC Panel Ventilation fan 2 feeder door lock is damage.
MCC Panel Ventilation feeders lever is not aligned with the outside handle.
MCC Panel Feeder 2F1 feeder On/Off switch is damage.
MCC Panel Feeder 3F5 feeder Control cable dressing is require.
MCC Panel Feeder 5F1 feeder TNC knob is missing .
MCC Panel Feeder 6F1 feeder TNC knob and control fuse is missing.
MCC Panel Feeder 6F3 feeder cable dressing require.
MCC Panel Feeder 8F2 feeder door lock is damage.
MCC Panel Feeder 9F2 feeder door lock is damage.
MCC Panel Back doors bolts are missing.
Bio filter VFD and its filters panels are not earthed.
In VFD panels door locks & handles are not provided.
In VFD panels MCB provided for power supply of cooling fans are overated.
Transformer - 01 winding temperature scanner one channel is showing open.
Transformer - 01 marshalling box spare gland holes are remain open.
Transformer 02 marshalling box spare gland holes are remain open.
Transformer - 01 marshalling box door limit switch is hanging.
Transformer - 01 marshalling box cable dressing is require.
Both Transformers HT cable glanding not done and hole need to seal properly.
Both RTCC Panels door locks are faulty.
RTCC panel 1 door limit switch is hanging.
HT Panel Incomer 2 Mechanical lock malfunction, tripping coil damaged, relay testing required, sparking near PT.
HT Panel Incomer 2 tripping coil faulty.
HT Panel Bus coupler breaker tripping coil non operating.
Ventilation fan 1 blower feeder 1 no's contactor is missing.
HT breaker No. 2 is faulty .
All Bio filter blower motor space heater power cable not laid.
Transformers 1&2 Marshalling box earthing not done.
All VFD & LC filters earthing not done.
Earth pits covers are missing.
RT CC -1 relay not working in Auto.
RT CC -1 relay not working in Auto.
APFC -1 relay keypad is not working.
APFC -1 relay keypad is not working.
Cable dressing require for dolly travelling overhead cable.
Dolly main incoming power cable Junction box earthing require.
Cable tray earthing is not done.
Neutral earthing strip nut bolts are open.
In field equipment earthing earth pit are missing.
Ventilation fan 4 blower motor is not installed .
Ventilation fan 4 blower motor LPBS cable termination not done.
Ventilation fan 4 blower motor power cable termination not done.
