Activities Activity 1: WARM-UP

Direction: Read and analyze the picture to form a word by adding and
subtracting each picture.

o Review the basic steps in Hi-Lo aerobic movements.
o Create at least 3 to 5 minutes Hi-Lo steps either creative or combination.
o Choose an upbeat music.
o Practice the workout individually.
o Perform the creative routine through video recording.
o Submit your output through messenger.
