Main Problem:
How to determine the number of evacuees, headcountes and per family who
evacuated as well as a management monitoring system for evacuation Center? .
Specific Problems:
a. _The manual record of the number of evacuees are not recorded completely and

b. _The record was not tranparent and only incoded in MS Word and not stored

Causes of the Problems:

A. Importance and Significance (Rationale)

What are your reasons for conducting this study?
What motivates you to this research project?
The reason why I conduct this study is to help my baranggy to esily monitor the evacuees
and esily to collect the data and information of individual and to have a properly storage
room for the data of evacuation center.

Having this kind of reasearch is a great honor to help my baranggay for their problem, so I
think the things who motivates me for this research is my determation and courange to help
my baraggay to create a system that help them to esily handle and manage the evacuation
center.

B. Manageability (Scope and Limitaions)

Is the research topic within your capability?
What: Baranggay Evacuation Center Magament System for monitoring and collection of
data with the used of databeses

Who: The users and Beneficiaries of this research are the Baranggy Matalaba, the
community and the neigbor baranggy

Where: This was use for monitoring and collection of data of the evacuees at baranggay
Matalaba

When: Due to lack of electronically devices so the barangay uses only a manually data to
process the information of the evacuees.

How: To Develop a system that electronically collect the information of the evacuees and
system to ease up the evacuation center. Moreover, the process, function and process of this
system is for the accurate headcounts of the evacuees in the evacuation center in which all
the data was electronically collected.

What do you intend to accomplish?
General Objective: To develop a system that will automate the management process of
evacuation centers.

Specific Objectives:
1. To create and develop a system that electronically recors the information of the
evacuess.

2. To eliminate management issues encoutered in managing evacuation centers by

employing an automated system.

3. To obtain accurate headcounts of the evacuees in Barangay Evacuation
