    secure teller’s Validation.
    3. Input payment transaction in the CNC Online Application System and upload the following
    documents:Government Issued ID of Ms. Sr. Luzviminda C. Pepito, SMAC, Site Development Plan,
    Photos of Project Area taken within 15 days from filing, Notarized Accountability Statement of Ms. Sr.
    Luzviminda C. Pepito, SMAC, & Proof of Payment within (15) days from the issuance of this order.
    Otherwise, the application will automatically be removed from the system and the project information
    has to be re-encoded to generate a new order of payment.
    You may also pay online using LandBank's internet-based facility which can be accessed through

    RETAIN A COPY OF THE ORDER OF PAYMENT. SINGLE BANK RECEIPT PER ORDER OF
