How to customize this template

To customize this project, simply follow the steps explained in this tutorial.
Before opening the project I recommend installing fonts used in your computer (Link in Page 3).

01 - Edit Text
1. Open the project window, open the folder 01 - Edit by clicking on it. Double-click on
the 01 - Scenes > Scene 01 > Intro Text 01 composition in the project window to
open it in the timeline.
Step 1
2. Double-click on the layer in the timeline-window (layer name in screenshot as
reference). The text should be highlighted in the preview window.
3. Type your text on your keyboard.
4. Change text, size, font and align in “Character“ and “Align” tab (If not visible, go to
Window Character and Align).
5. When you are done typing, click anywhere in the timeline-window to deselect the
layer.
6. Repeat this for all Text Placeholder and you are done.

02 - Adding Footage
1. Import your footage > by clicking on File > Import > File….
2. Open the project window, open the folder 01 - Edit > 01 - Scenes > Scene 02 > Product 01 - Media Placeholder
composition in the project window to open it in the timeline.
3. Drag your footage at comp “Product 01 - Media Placeholder”.
4. You can reposition and scale your footage (by clicking “S” and “P” on your keyboard).
5. Repeat this for all “Media Placeholder” in every scene and you are done.

03 - Adding Audio - Audio not included (Link in Page 3)
1. Import your audio > by clicking on File > Import > File…. Step 1
2. In project window, open the folder 04 - Audio by clicking on it.
Double-click on the Audio comp to open it in the timeline.)
3. Drag audio file and press “L” twice to display waveform or right
click on the little arrow on the left side of the layer name.
4. You can synchronize the audio by cutting or dragging to the left
laye, at the end of the track..
5. If you would like to use another track there are hundreds of them
in https://audiojungle.net/.
6. To make a more accurate edit, click on 01 - Edit > Main comp
folder and double click Main comp composition in the project
window to open it in the timeline.
7. Adjust each comp to synchronize the scenes with the audio. Press “L” to display waveform
8. To adjust the audio file “Drive advertising” as in the preview cut
the track at 0:00:01:27 and drag the layer to the beginning of the
timeline to 0:00:00:00.
Make a second cut at 0:00:32:01 and drag the second cut to the
marker. (End of first cut).

04 - Quick Controls
1. In project window, open folder 03 - Assets > Pre-comp folder and double click on Main comp to open it in the timeline.
2. Click on Quick Controls layer located on top of the scenes in the timeline.
3. Make sure Effect Control window is visible. If not, go to Window > Effect Control and click to display.
4. In Effect Control window, you can adjust main settings quickly.

05 - Render The Project
1. After you've customized the project to your needs, it's time to export the video. Make sure the Render composition is
active in the timeline-window.
2. In project window, open folder 02 - Render. Double-click on Render comp 1920x1080 to open it in the timeline.
3. Click on top menu Composition > Add to render Queue to open render settings window (Render Queue).
4. Change the export settings to your needs. Remember to check “Audio Output“ in the Output module settings if you want
to use sound.
5. In modul output to add a name and choose a “Save As” location.
6. On the right side of render queue panel hit render and your project will start exporting the project.
