※Every and each time the printer is not used for any period longer

than 10 minutes, the cartridge must be removed and re-capped,

otherwise it can be dried after being exposed for long time, affecting

printing effect and even jamming the printer head.

And It must be removed under Home Screen ,instead of under Printing

screen which may cause burning to the cartridge.※

Instructions for use of hand-held intelligent inkjet printer：


Thank you for using our Smart hand-held inkjet. In order to use conveniently and make
sure you make full use of the functions of this machine, for your rights and interests, please
read the instructions carefully.

Do not use non company made consumables, otherwise you will lose the warranty
qualification, do not use open fire near the inkjet, ink cartridge, cleaning solution.

Host interface introduction


1. Document title: it can be modified by renaming.
2. Print content preview area: the position of print content can be moved by fingers or touch
pens, and the print content can be modified by the Edit button.
3. Ruler: the length of the current printed content can be measured by the ruler.
4. Move the button left and right.
5. Text button: insert fixed string.
6. Print button: click this button after editing the content.
7. Picture button: Insert picture.
8. Graphic code button: insert barcode or QR code.
9. Edit button: click the content in the print content preview area to select the object to be
modified, and then click Edit.
10. Shutdown button: safely turn off the power supply of the inkjet printer.
11.Setting button: enter the printer system setting
12. Load button: load the previously saved document.
13. Save button: save the current document.
14. Rename button: rename the document title.
15. New button: re create a new document.
16. Screen saver button: close the screen.
17. Count button: insert a series of numbers that can be changed during printing.
18. Date button: insert date and update in real time during printing.
19. Segmentation: information can be printed in multiple segments.
20. Delete button: delete the selected object.
21. Preview button: preview the effect of the current editing content.
22. Battery icon: displays the current power.
Introduction to text editing interface
1. Text input box: up to 200 characters and 100 Chinese characters are supported.
2. Pinyin input method candidate words area: click directly to select Chinese characters.
3. Page turning button of candidate words.
4. Pinyin input area.
5. Numeric keypad: enter numbers.
6. Alphabet keyboard: input pinyin or English letters.
7. Input method switch button: "pinyin" means Pinyin input method.
"ABC" means entering upper case letters, and "ABC" means entering lower case letters.
8. Font setting button: you can set the font and size of the text.
9. Space bar.
10. OK: save the information and return to the main interface.
11. Return button: discard the current editing and return to the main interface.
12. Insert special symbols.
13. Full width half angle toggle button.
14. Backspace key.

Introduction to insert count

1. Base system: select the base system of counting digital display. Support decimal,
hexadecimal.
2. Number of digits: select the number of digits. 1~9.
3. High level supplement: when the count high level is 0, you can choose whether to
supplement 0.
4. Change: self increase or self decrease.
5. Maximum value: when the count increases to the maximum value, it will automatically jump
back to the minimum value and start counting again.
6. Minimum value: when the count is reduced to the minimum value, it will automatically jump
back to the maximum value and start counting again.
7. Current value: count the current value.
8. Font setting: set the font, size and other information displayed by the count number.
9. OK button.

Introduction to graphic editing interface
1. Graphics code type: support upca, upce, EAN13, ean8, int25.
Code39, code128, EAN128, PDF417, DataMatrix, QR.
2. Graphic code preview area.
3. Graphic code content input box: input appropriate content according to graphic code type.
For example, UPCA
Barcode can only be generated by inputting numbers. QR supports inputting any character.
4. Pinyin input method candidate character area: click directly to select Chinese character.

6. Set the height of the graphic code.

Print introduction
1. Print content preview area.

Print setup
1. Reverse printing: print from left to right after opening and from right to left after closing.
2. Flip up and down: after opening, the printed font will be reversed up and down.
3. Photoelectric switch: after opening, when receiving photoelectric signal, wait for
photoelectric delay time and start printing
When off, the photoelectric switch does not work.

4. Distance switch: when it is turned on, the printing starts when the encoder rolling printing
interval is detected.
When off, the encoder does not start printing no matter how long it scrolls.
5. Inkjet control: encoder can be selected to control inkjet or timing inkjet.
6. Photoelectric delay: range 0-9999, unit (s).
7. Printing speed: range 100-4000, unit (times / second). Valid when timing inkjet is selected.
8. Continuous printing times: range 1-9999, unit (Times).
9. Continuous printing interval: range 0-50000. The actual length is about 6 meters at most.
10.Inkjet times: range 1-3. Set the times of inkjet at the same point.

Introduction to system setting interface

1. Time setting: set system time.


2. Touch screen calibration: when the touch screen is not sensitive, the touch screen can be
calibrated. When the touch screen does not work,
Turn off and press the screen to turn on again. The system will automatically enter the touch
screen calibration interface.
3. Restore factory settings: delete all user data and restore factory settings.
4. Fault diagnosis: detect the status of encoder and photoelectricity.
5. Flash time setting.
6. Nozzle setting: left and right nozzle selection, voltage selection (8.5V ~ 12V), photoelectric
selection (internal / external).
7. Language selection: support Chinese and English.
