Greetings of peace and love!

I am writing this letter for my intention to apply as an English teacher in your prestigious school.
I finished the degree of Secondary Education Major in English at Kalinga State University. I
have passed my licensure examination recently with additional courses focus on preparation and
classroom management. As a new school session begins, I wish to send out this letter in the hope
that you may find it worth your consideration within this academic year.
With my eagerness and dedication in studying I received academic excellence during my High
School year. Furthermore, I had experienced teaching in public high school as part of my
practice teaching during college. In the short period of my internship I was able to develop my
interpersonal skills and my pedagogy. Given by this training, I believed that it helped me more
prepared to a greater challenge which is to finally enter the world of a full-time educator. I am
willing to improve my teaching methods and to undergo series of professional development
seminars to learn new way in bringing a new approaches in teaching English.
Teaching has always been my dream. I wish to be part of every student success in fulfilling their
future career. I want to spend my first time teaching in your school because it is where I see the
best opportunity to develop myself professionally. I could only make this possible if you grant
my wish to be part of your reputed institution.
I will assure you my hundred percent ability and skills in teaching and working. Attach to this
letter is my resume which you can use for reference.. I am eager to discuss this open position
and my credentials in person for an interview at your earliest convenience. I hope you will
consider me as a candidate for the job.
