The subject matter or object in the deed of sale given above is a parcel of
land identified as Lot 1487-L-B-3, Psd-11202402-038612, being a portion of Lot
1487-L1-B, Ps 11-007651, located in Purok 4C IPA Hills Ilang, City of davao,
Island of Mindanao, with an area of One hundred Square meter, mol. Covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-211215 registered in the registry of deed,
Davao City.

D. Identify the cause or consideration of the sale.

The consideration given by the vendee was a sum of SEVENTY


THOUSAND (PHP 70,000.00). The vendor on the other hand, sells, cedes and
transfer, by the way of absolute deed of sale, the parcel of land, free from all
liens and encumbrances of whatever nature and kind, including whatever
improvement found thereon.

E. Brief summary of the transaction entered into by the parties.


The given deed of sales shows that, Evangiline G. Clata, the vendee,
agreed to purchase Eliezar O. Bravo, the vendor’s parcel of land, identified as
Lot 1487-L-B-3, Psd-11202402-038612, being a portion of Lot 1487-L1-B, Ps 11-
007651, located in Purok 4C IPA Hills Ilang, City of davao, Island of Mindanao,
with an area of One hundred Square meter, mol. Covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. T-211215 registered in the registry of deed, Davao City, with the
consideration amounting to PHP 70,000.00.
