A COMPANY YOU KNOW

I'm a 2nd year student at Hanoi University of Industry, so I researched the

company with the aim of being able to work there after graduation. That is FPT
which is one of the largest information technology service companies in Vietnam
with the main business of providing information technology products and services.
Currently the company's president is Mr. Truong Gia Binh.Headquarter is located
at FPT Building, 17 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District,
Hanoi. As of 2019 the company has 28,781 people and revenue up to 27,717
billion VND. After graduation, I really want to be able to work here because this is
a company that is both good in quality and quantity . To do that I have to study
hard right now.
A COMPUTER’S PROBLEM
My computer has had a few problems but it got more serious last month. When I
was using my computer as usual, I found that today my computer was getting
slower and I can hardly use it. After 3 minutes,my laptop was suddenly frozen. I
tried to restart but it didn’t respond. I felt very anxious because I did not know why
it happened. I called my IT helpdesk technician who was bought laptop for me. He
told me that my laptop was infected with virus, so he asked me to install an anti-
virus software. After running anti virus software on my laptop , it started working
as normal . I felt happy. I think I should take care of my laptop and I have to run an
antivirus software regularly, once a month.

INVENTION
The IT invention that I like best is digital camera. The digital camera was invented
at Eastman Kodak in 1975 by Steven J.Sasson.Nowadays, a digital camera is
becoming more and more popular. We can use it to take a lot of beautiful pictures
and store unforgettable memories. So,what is benefit? Firstly, digital camera is
portable. It is light and small so it is easy to carry.Secondly, it has a lot of useful
functions. For example, we can take photos and view them quickly and it is easy to
store and transfer photos to a computer.Finally, using digital camera saves a lot of
money because we do not have to spend on film. Beside,we can earn some money
from the digital camera by taking photos for rent. I really like this device not only
because of its convenience but it also helps me to save memories that I don't want
to forget.
IT PRODUCT YOU LIKE
Computer is very important in our life. I have bought a new laptop. My father
bought me when I passed the entrance exam to Haui. I bought it in Dien May
Xanh store. It cost 12 milions dong. Its brand is Lenovo which is one of the most
favorite brands in the world. It is made in china. It is about 40 cm long and 30 cm
wide. Its screen size is 14 inches. It's quite lightweight, only 1.5 kg. I bought it for
my studying at University. Sometimes, I use it to relax as watching films, listening
to music, chatting with my friends... I find it very useful so I really like it. This
laptop is not only an important IT device but also a close friend in my student life.
THE COMPONENTS OF THE COMPUTER
I have a laptop. It was a present that my father gave me when I passed the
university. Its brand is Lenovo which is one of the most favorite brands in the
world. It is made in china. It is about 40 cm long and 30 cm wide. Its screen size is
14 inches. It's quite lightweight, only 1.5 kg. The laptop has some basic
components which are power supply,mainboard,CPU,internal memory such as
ROM and RAM and external memory. Each component has the use different.
Power supply is the place that provides most of the electrical system for the
devices inside the computer. The main board of a computer, which has the function
of linking all the components of the system together.CPU is the main processor of
the computer.The internal memory s a place to store data and programs directly.
The external is a place to store data and programs indirectly. My laptop can store
about 256Gb and its speed is about 3 GHz which is powerful.
A FAMOUS IT PERSON
An IT famous person that i admire is Mark Zuckerbeg. He is the founder and CEO
of Facebook, which is largest social network on the planet. I have never met him,
but he’s someone i want to meet even once. He is very intelligent when he
graduated from Harvard University. Besides, he is also very creative, friendly and
kind person. He promised to give away 99% of his shares in Facebook. He helps
many poor people in the world and helps them have better live. I learnt a lot from
him and knew how to create a small site. I admired him because of his meaningful
works to everyone.
